Henderson Community College Foundation Donates to BuildSmart Campaign

Henderson, Ky. – The College Foundation Board of Directors pledged a $50,000 gift to the Henderson Community College BuildSmart campaign.

Joan Hoffman, College Foundation President states, “The HCC Foundation’s mission is to provide opportunities to meet the needs of the college. By making this donation to the BuildSmart Campaign, the Foundation is contributing to much needed campus renovations and maximizing the potential for success of students, faculty and staff. In time, this gift will enhance healthcare, business and industry in the three counties that HCC serves.”

The primary purpose of the Foundation includes advancing the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of HCC. Our students and community benefit from their service and effort

Among targeted improvements to the HCC campus through the BuildSmart campaign are infrastructure upgrades, classroom enhancements and safety initiatives across campus, including renovations to the Library and Fine Arts Center.
