Authorities say an Ellis Park Security employee has been charged with theft.
According to a Henderson County Sheriff’s Office report released today, 24 year old Andrew Wahl, of Evansville, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. Friday after Ellis Park Security reported he had taken approximately 23-hundred dollars from their funds.
The sheriff’s office indicates Wahl was taken into custody without incident and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center for Theft by Unlawful Taking Over $500.
