KSP Detectives Say the Incident Occurred in Owensboro
OWENSBORO, Ky. (March 18, 2019)—Kentucky State Police detectives arrest an Evansville, IN man after authorities were notified he had inappropriate communications and relationship with a minor. Rylee D. Piercefield, 20 of Evansville was arrested and charged with One (1) count of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree.
Kentucky State Police launched an investigation on March 4 after allegations were reported.
KSP detectives arrested Piercefield and transported him to the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro.
