Dorothy Dodson Liles 91, of Robards, KY passed away at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY on Tuesday January 29, 2019. She was retired from the State, having worked and managed for several years in the Henderson Employee Office in Henderson, KY. She was a member of the Robard’s Baptist Church in Robard’s, KY. She also was a member of the Poole Extension Homemakers.
She is the daughter of the late H.F. and Susie Sandefur Dodson. She was preceded in death by 7 sisters and 4 brothers. Survivors include her husband of 68 years E.C. Liles of Robard’s, KY; 1 daughter Suzanne Walker(David) of Sturgis, KY and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday February 1, 2019 at 2pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev Alan Chamness will officiate. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY. Visitation will be from 11am until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
