Donovan Ray Ellison was born January 31, 1961 in Harrisburg, IL to Herbert Elijah Ellison & Inez Jackson-Ellison. He departed this life at age 57 on Friday, December 7, 2018 at his home in Sturgis, KY. Donovan graduated from West Campus High School in Waukegan, IL. He worked as an operator at Commonwealth Edison Powerplant in Waukegan, IL and then moved to South Carolina and did variety of jobs. Donnie was very skilled with mechanical things. He enjoyed working on automobiles & fishing.
He is preceded in death by his brother William Cecil Ellison.

Funeral service will be 3PM on Saturday 12/15/18 at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis, KY. Visitation will be 1PM till service time on Saturday.
