HENDERSON, Ky. – The final day of the summer season for operation of Atkinson Pool will be Tuesday, Aug. 9.
The first day of school in Henderson County is Wednesday, Aug. 10.
Parks and Recreation Department Director Trace Stevens said the downtown water feature and the East End Park sprayground will remain in operation until the end of Fall Break.
